Reporting a problem with a conversation

Every conversation in FluidTalk has a unique conversation ID. If a chat didn't behave the way you expected, sending us that ID lets our team reconstruct the exact run on our side and pinpoint the issue — you don't need to write a long explanation or attach screenshots.

  • Open Chat history in your dashboard and find the conversation.
  • Use the Copy conversation ID button next to it to copy the ID to your clipboard.
  • Email [email protected] and paste the ID, with a one-line note on what went wrong.

For the quickest resolution, include your account email, the conversation ID, and a short description of what you expected versus what actually happened.

Your privacy

When you share a conversation ID, support sees a redacted reconstruction of that one conversation — only the information needed to diagnose the issue, not internal system traces. We look up nothing beyond the conversation you reference.

How do I report a problem with a specific conversation?

What should I include in a support email?

Your account email, the conversation ID (if the issue is about a chat), and a one-line description of what you expected versus what actually happened. That is usually all we need.

Can support read my conversations?

Only the conversation you reference by ID, and only as a redacted reconstruction needed to diagnose the issue — not raw internal traces. We do not browse your chats.

How do I manage my subscription, tokens, or storage?

Open Settings in your dashboard — your plan, token balance, and storage usage are all there. For anything you can't resolve in-app, email [email protected].
